To qualify for employment with New England Residential Services, you must have a valid Connecticut driver’s license for at least three years, a good driving record and a high school diploma or GED. In the course of the hiring process, Department of Motor Vehicle, criminal, Sex Offenders Registry and DDS Abuse & Neglect registry checks are completed. Also, random drug and alcohol testing is pending implementation.
