Our philosophy

Choosing one’s own path to independence brings excitement. Having someone to guide you along that path brings contentment.

All people have the right to make choices about their lives. Our job is to facilitate those choices and to work towards positive outcomes. Trained and certified staff work as a team to expand the social network and personal preferences of each individual.

The most satisfying work is helping others help themselves. We assist individuals with skills for daily living, such as: social skills, cooking, personal grooming, money management, leisure and recreational activities.

Our focus is on bringing quality programs and supports to individuals and their families. The supports provided vary according to the needs of the individual with input from the parent or guardian.
